30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the bowl must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@laylasmosaic.com with your order number.

How Returns Work

  1. Email us at hello@laylasmosaic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the bowl securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
  5. Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we cover all shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bowl arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@laylasmosaic.com. Include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — you do not need to return the damaged item.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different design, return the original bowl for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Details

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we confirm receipt of the returned item. Original shipping costs (if any were paid for expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
